He possesses extensive experience designing and installing special and conventional communications architectures and systems and served as the U.S. Representative and Head of Delegation (HoD) to Command and Control Interoperability Boards (CCIBS) supporting the U.S. Department of Defense’s geographic Combatant Commands and twenty-nine partner nations. Marcus Anderson is also well-versed in Security Cooperation / Security Assistance and has worked as a U.S.-based Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Manager and overseas as a Security Assistance Officer in Thailand. He has previously been the Director of Operations of a 30-million-dollar IT / Telecommunications company which had 53 Very Small Aperture Terminals (VSAT) locations in Iraq and 15 in Afghanistan in support of the U.S. State Department during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Well versed in both Spanish and Thai languages, he is skilled at interacting with senior foreign officials and has traveled extensively.
